Ansera Talent Trust

Security and responsible AI built into the product.

Ansera Talent is designed to support recruitment workflows involving candidate, communication and interview information. Protecting that information requires thoughtful technical, organisational and human controls.

Security Principles

A layered approach to protecting recruitment information.

Security is treated as an ongoing responsibility across application design, infrastructure, integrations, access and operational processes.

Secure Communications

Information should be transmitted through encrypted HTTPS connections between users, services and supported integrations.

Controlled Access

Access to recruitment information should be restricted to authorised users and protected through appropriate authentication controls.

Protected Data Storage

Stored information should be protected through secure infrastructure, access restrictions and appropriate database controls.

Operational Monitoring

Application activity, failures and security-relevant events may be logged to support troubleshooting, auditing and incident response.

Human Oversight

Recruiters should retain meaningful control over candidate progression, assessment and hiring decisions.

Responsible AI

AI-assisted features should support structured workflows without replacing lawful, fair and accountable human judgement.

Security Model

Protection across users, applications and infrastructure.

Ansera Talent's security approach should combine secure application development, restricted access, protected integrations and responsible operational practices.

Authorised users

Access should be limited to approved customer, recruiter and administrative accounts.

Application controls

Validation, access checks and secure server-side processing help protect application workflows.

Infrastructure protection

Hosting, database and deployment environments should be configured to minimise unnecessary exposure.

Monitoring and review

Security-relevant events should be investigated and controls reviewed as the product develops.

Data Handling

Information should be collected and retained with purpose.

Ansera Talent should process only information required to provide authorised recruitment functionality, support customer workflows, protect the service and comply with applicable obligations.

Data minimisation

Only information relevant to the enabled recruitment workflow should be collected or accessed.

Purpose limitation

Candidate and connected-service information should be used only for authorised product and recruitment purposes.

Retention controls

Information should not be retained longer than required for service delivery, customer instructions or legal obligations.

Deletion support

Applicable deletion requests can be submitted through the Ansera Talent data-deletion process.

Connected Services

Third-party integrations are limited to product needs.

Ansera Talent may rely on external services to provide scheduling, communication, hosting and email functionality. Permissions and data access should be limited to what is needed for those features.

Google Calendar

Used by authorised users to create or manage recruitment interview events. Access should be limited to the permissions required for enabled scheduling functionality.

Meta and WhatsApp Business

Used to support authorised candidate communication, response collection and recruitment workflow updates.

Email Delivery Providers

Used to send interview invitations, confirmations, reminders and service communications.

Hosting and Database Providers

Used to operate the application, store authorised business information and maintain service availability.

Responsible AI

Recruitment decisions require meaningful human review.

AI-assisted assessment and workflow features are intended to organise information and support recruiters. They should not be treated as substitutes for lawful, fair and accountable human decision-making.

Core commitments

  • Recruiters remain responsible for hiring decisions.

  • Automated outputs should be reviewed before candidate progression.

  • Customers should monitor workflows for unfair or unintended outcomes.

  • Only relevant candidate information should influence assessment.

  • Candidates should be treated consistently and lawfully.
